How do you stop yourself from reliving negative, painful thoughts?

I knew which thoughts made me feel joy, appreciation, love and freedom. When I experienced these feelings, the world was a wonderful place.

Then I'd think about things that caused me to feel fear, anxiety and unworthiness. In a heartbeat, I would feel dreadful, and from this negative state, I would do stupid things. You know what I am talking about - the things you look back on with regret.

If I wanted to overcome my past and live a blissful life, I had to find a solution - and I did.

Along with the wellness guides, each week, I will share events from my life that have had the potential to trigger painful memories. I'll expose the victim mindset versus my views now as a victor and, what I choose to do next.
